Fees and Payment

Rental fees are determined by the size of the unit and the duration of the rental period. Fees must be paid monthly in advance. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be returned upon termination of the agreement, provided there are no damages or unpaid fees.
Access and Security
Access Hours
Access to your storage unit is permitted during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Security Measures
We implement various security measures to protect your belongings, including:
- 24/7 surveillance cameras
- Electronic gate access
- On-site staff
Despite these measures, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to your items.
Use of Storage Units
You agree to use the storage unit solely for the purpose of storing personal or business property. Prohibited items include:
- Flammable materials
- Hazardous substances
- Perishable goods
Prohibited Activities
Any illegal activities, including the storage of stolen goods or contraband, are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of your rental agreement.
Liability and Insurance
Storage Enfield is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of items stored in our facilities. We recommend obtaining insurance to cover your belongings.

Termination of Agreement
Notice Period
You may terminate the rental agreement by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance. Early termination may incur a penalty as outlined in your rental agreement.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in eviction without a refund. Reasons for eviction include non-payment, violation of usage policies, and illegal activities.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with local laws. Both parties agree to abide by the arbitration decision.
Amendments
Storage Enfield reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Enfield operates. Any legal actions related to this agreement will be filed in the appropriate local courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Storage Enfield regarding the use of our storage services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
